The $30m refurbishment of our centre is underway!
Our new look Caringbah Home, which is due for completion in mid-2020, will be a light, bright and modern space with a smart new façade, providing a fresh new retail mix alongside home and lifestyle inspiration to meet the needs of our growing community.
The first phase of refurbishment focuses on the Upper Level mall excluding Harvey Norman, with the entire area now closed. A fresh mix of retailers including a café and kids’ play area will open in the first half of 2020, while the ground floor refurbishment will commence in early 2020. Harvey Norman will continue to trade as usual throughout the refurbishment works, as well as all the existing tenants on Lower Level.
Our new look Caringbah Home has been designed to embrace everything that our locals love about the Shire, including the laidback outdoorsy lifestyle, bringing it to life within the centre to create a stand-out destination for the community.
And we’re not just updating the environment, we’re delivering a revitalised shopping experience focused on simplicity and convenience. We’ll have a new digital presence, thoughtfully designed spaces to shop and play, great local food and an inspiring retail mix.

Upper mall retailers including: The Custom Sofa Centre, En Furnishings, Oz Design pop up, Rugmart & Café at home, are now all closed.

For all other stores on Lower Ground, please park on levels 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B – accessible from Koonya Circuit entrance as well as Willarong Rd entrance
