Stay far away from this company. I ordered my blinds and had a few weeks delay. Next issue was that they have missed one set of blinds from the order completely. They were due to be installed today only to find that they have not been measured correctly and could not be installed. This is after we have already taken all our window furnishing down. No answer on any phone numbers I have been given. I now have no furnishing at the front of my house. Shocking customer service from the beginning and now all these issues. Absolutely disgusted in the company

Trying to get in contact with the Cannington store. Called multiple times & left messages but nobody has picked up. Any ideas?

Hi Jennifer this is the exact experience I had with Kresta. I have four windows that have let in the summer sun, my newborns nursery hasn’t been able to be used, and I had no contact from Kresta. All four windows had been measured incorrectly and the installer had to remeasure. October 2nd we placed the order and it appears only 3 of the blinds will now be ready to install over 3 months later!

Could possibly be the worst company in WA. 20 weeks and still waiting on our blinds, then when they installed them they broke the track and said we would have to wait another 2 weeks for a new rod.

It seems to be a standard response from Kresta that they will call back only to ignore their customers and lie about what they can offer. PLEASE only thing i can say is STAY AWAY from Kresta.

Omg... I was looking at buying some shutters but these reviews have put me off? Are you all sorted or still not happy?

I am also not happy with the communication and service from Kresta, I wish I had read some reviews before deciding to place an order. Quoted 4/9/19, paid in full 12/11/19, so many different inadequate excuses. Delayed our holiday to wait for the final install, which did not turn up, no phone call. Still waiting for the final blind to be installed, no response to emails or phone calls to store or from leaving feedback on the website. Buyer beware!

It looks like the consistency of Kresta's customer service is continuing into the new decade. Just got off the phone with Kresta and the 60% sale no longer exists is what we were told. Yet your headline FB page still shows 60%. Was also told there is no one on the northern beaches of Sydney, ie a rep to come out for a measure and quote. We were then told that we need to measure it up and come into the store. If you guys are number 1 in Blinds in Australia, I would hate to think what its like dealing with the number 3 blinds company in this Country

Stay away from kresta! Ordered shutters in September and I still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed and called and no one returns my calls. They stuffed the measurements which stopped the manufacturing - within 12 weeks was promised and now it’s going to be 5-6 months with no window coverings. Horrible Experience!

Kresta Blinds & Curtains I've now been waiting more than 2 months for the roller blind I ordered back on 22 November last year to be installed. Your installer failed to show up last week and I've had to chase you guys round and round to get this installed. I have requested to escalate the matter with management but have not had a response. Someone is supposed to be there on Tuesday, but I'm worried it's going to be another no show. I demand a #refund #poorservice #dontusekresta

Kresta, you have the most atrocious customer service team, and service in general. We ordered our blinds nearly 4 months ago, we were promised they would block out the light when we had your consultant come to our house, and we ordered the blinds in a grey colour. When your installation team came to install them, not only where they white, and did not block out the light, but they also were not the correct size!! We then had to wait another month for correct size in wrong colour, they came to instal and were again wrong size! This process happened two more times, your team can not use a tape measure! All the while, while being promised the correct colour were being made in grey and would be installed. You never return our calls or emails, and when you promise to call back never do! We’re now have broken window frames from multiple drill holes, the wrong colours blinds, and a room as light as it was previously. Your service is horrifically bad! I’ll be ensuring everyone I know, hears about this, and knows not to use Kresta. We will also be taking this to fair trading Australia. We have tried many times to discuss this with you, to no avail.

Hello Everyone ...don’t use Kresta.... I ordered my blinds in July 2019.... it’s now end November 2019 excuse after excuse and no blinds or curtains... account fully paid before installation in September and 1/6 rooms completed....

I would not use them I have asked for a refund four weeks ago and.still counting I have since lodged a complaint with consumer affairs

Kresta stuffed up my order as well. Wrong colour for the curtains and tracks and wrong pleating. Curtains look horrible. I want my money back too. Don’t go with Kresta. They are so bad.
