These look beautiful, but you’d probably never receive them!! Still waiting on our order from February. No reply to emails, get told that it’s still ‘in transit’. Get a generic reply saying ‘what’s your order number and we’ll get back to you within 48hours’ and still nothing...
Terrible service. when something breaks on your only a couple of year old blinds left to your own to sort the problem out no help NOTHING. Will never use again!! Don’t respond! No one returns calls. I WOULD PAY DOUBLE SOMEWHERE ELSE and support a local family business.
I have some of these and they are great except the cords are defective and now one doesn’t work at all and another is fraying. Was promised a call from the local rep a week ago and nothing

The blinds that I ordered were for the bedroom where my 43 year old husband was being cared for as he was terminally ill with cancer. He passed away 10 days ago and never got the benefit of the curtains that we ordered. To say I am disgusted doesnt even begin to explain how angry I am.
I placed 2 orders and have paid 2 deposits many months ago and I still have had NO curtains. I have sheets up in the windows.
I have paid the following:
Deposit: $2447.00 LN772679 SN151917 SN151918
Deposit: $874.00 LN814003 SN180761
Due to this unreasonable delay and no un-initiated contact from Kresta, I have made the decision to cancel my order and I request for my deposit (total $3321.00) to refunded in full and my order cancelled please and I will look elsewhere
I was very happy with my contact person Sonia - she was lovely and extremely helpful and knowledgeable
But since then I have been extremely disappointed.
I understand that COVID 19 impacted many businesses and your curtains were manufactured overseas
However - I have had no contact from Kresta unless it was initiated by me and I am tired of chasing.
I would like my deposit refunded by the end of this week.

I am waiting for someone from Kresta to return my many voice messages relating to paying the final amount on our order and installation. Are your stores in Adelaide open? I’m quite disappointed with the lack of communication from Kresta 😞 Robert Burrows
How could you say you're open, when you took 50% payment for our curtains two month ago, and haven't replied to my last email from 8 days ago. I was told on 22 April that the order was due to arrive on the docks on 24 April..... I understand COVID has made things difficult, but updates would be great when you have our money!

I am waiting for the response where someone asks for my order number so I can reply that we have left 12 messages, booked in 2 visits which ended on no shows, have a broken blind for 9 months after spending $11,500.
Happy to send you the order number but not sure anyone in Canberra knows what they are doing.
